My name's Zack. I'm based in Vancouver. I started Rankwise after doing market research for a local SEO idea — HVAC kept coming up. Most owners depend on Google for new calls, and the local SEO side was mostly being handled by generalist agencies that weren't focused on the vertical. Seemed like the right place to build something specific.

How it works

One contractor per city. Month-to-month, no contracts. Every month I set a visibility target — specific rankings, specific cities. If we miss it, you don't pay. That's the whole model. It keeps me accountable and removes the part where an agency collects a retainer while nothing moves.

What's different

Most agencies don't tie their fee to results. Rankwise does. Miss the monthly target, no charge. One contractor per city so there's no conflict of interest. That's the difference.
